1) Miccai Challenge completed and we we are running the participants code to double check scores.
2) Created new reference data set from Tahsin and Spiridon to be used as ground truth for evaluating participants during test phase.ePAD and caMicroscope have successfully been installed.

| Submissions took up to 35 hrs to complete each, but some were as fast as 5 hrs. Integrating docker submissions into MedICI is also something we should be figuring out. |
