Release
  • There will be a Production release on 9/10 during post business hours which includes updates to 5 existing and 4 new studies (CPTAC3 LSCC - Proteome, Phosphoproteome, Acetylome, Ubiquitylome )
  • New Features to improve user experience
  • Anna Roberts at OCCPR has been informed and links provided for this release

Other Data sets in Pipeline
  • A complete reload will be done for BRCA since several updates have been done by Broad which impacts existing data
  • CPTAC2 OV Glycoproteome (new study) - waiting for DCC
  • CPTAC3 PDA - Need coordination with DCC
  • Adding Principal investigator details as Contacts to the study summary page  (mock up). Will be sent to Henry's office for validation and review at our next bi-weekly call.

Other Features to be added
File formats are being re-defined by ProteomeXchange Consortium for submission and PDC will apply the same to retain consistency.

    Sudha - CPTAC Data Portal Migration: Some of the things we need are - if all or some of the data needs to be migrated, the order of ingestion of these datasets, plan for Phase-I legacy data, the studies that might not fit in the current data model, etc. This will allow us to come up with a plan for the road map discussion and balance it with new study releases.

  •  Sudha -  Google Analytics: Determine Priority since majority of the downloads are still happening via CPTAC portal.
