  • MySQL migration to 8 from 5.7 - Systems agreed to defer

    • libraries still Java 8 based - Corretto
    • Need Java 17 installed on the server? Within next year or so
  • RESOLVED: FTP1 security flag .bash_history is now closed; after discussing with Systems, they have accepted the issue as a false postive and has been closed.

Statistics Dashboard

OBJECTIVE 

  • Build scheduled report or export to document - Discovered not available on gov cloud. Will need to come up with operational procedure
    • Manish will follow up with DataDog
  • Data dropping off after 30 days. Contract adjustment being pursued that will store 45 days of data.  This will allow us to run our monthly reports without having to dive into the archive.
  • Training session for DD with Jason, Chao, Eric Aug 1
    • Mark filing ticket for Chao and Eric - access completed

Request put in for retirement - Systems working on this.  Should be in contact this week to get final shutdown authorization
