Enhancement
Extensions should be allowed within a concept- Ex: Add new property
- Assumption: Add on extra properties to existing concepts. This is different than adding to coding scheme supplement. Assumes you will not be adding to a coding scheme.
Tasks to Complete
- Design & implement a concept extension API
- Re-design how Lucene searches
- Make new queries to resolve properties from the database
- Database changes
- Create a loader and possibly an exporter
