caBIO Homepage Freestyle Lexical Mine Overview
The caBIO Homepage Freestyle Lexical Mine tool is useful for those who have some knowledge of computer programming concepts to discover any data in caBIO associated with a gene, disease, or concept search term (figure below, green box). This Apache Lucene-based, case-insensitive, full text indexed keyword search feature auto-populates a drop-down list of caBIO terms that match the characters you have entered into the search field.
