They can be impacted by user request and by system maintenance schedules. Past versions of the NCI Thesaurus are archived and available for download. The NCI Metathesaurus is available for download to users with UMLS licenses.
EVS 5.x Retirement Announcement
The 5.1 API was shut down on Oct 1, 2015. If you are dependent on this deprecated version, please contact us at NCIThesaurus@nci.nih.gov for assistance in migrating to the current version.
