Diagnosis (Administrative) NCI CRF Standards: Round 4
The Diagnosis/Pathology workgroup broke out elements that pertain to the Laboratory facility performing tests/assays, and high level information about a biospecimen. Examples are laboratory information and identifiers for a specimen. We had a number of users state they will not collect this information and so all elements were deemed Optional.
