Retirement Notification

he National Cancer Institute (NCI) REMBRANDT data portal (Repository of Brain Neoplasia Data) was retired on June 1st, 2015.   

All data hosted in REMBRANDT, including microarray gene expression, copy number, and clinical data, has been migrated to the Georgetown Database of Cancer G-DOC Exit Disclaimer logo , a knowledge discovery platform that will allow continued support for the community’s efforts to mine these data. Introduction to G-DOC document is available here.

In addition, the microarray data files are available for download through ArrayExpress:  ArrayExpress accession: E-MTAB-307 Exit Disclaimer logo
