Log4J Vulnerability

Discussion Points:

  • Report export fixed
  • Looking at CTS2 for false positives
  • LexEVS is using log4j 1.x.
  • It looks like we may need to review Log4j updates and push a new upgrade:  https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/security.html
    • This is a medium issue and will wait for recommendation from security.

  • Log4J fix was put in and moved to prod last week.
  • Netsparker scan on QA found a critical issue (not related to log4j)
    • This was an issued raised back in August.  It looks like a valid version of lodash is being loaded.
    • We are waiting for security to respond.
  • EVS REST API - branch resolution are not working for large numbers.
