The National Cancer Institute (NCI) Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (CBIIT) is planning to retire the caIntegrator data portal on March 31st, 2015. Much of the study data currently hosted in the NCI instance of caIntegrator is also available in other data portals, including the Cancer Genome Atlas TCGA data portal. Those data that are not available elsewhere will be migrated to the Georgetown Database of Cancer G-DOC . While NCI will not be able to provide technical support for the caIntegrator software after the retirement, the source code is available on GitHub and we encourage continued community development. Please contact NCI CBIIT Application Support if you have any questions or concerns.

A subset of studies hosted by caIntegrator are now available for analysis via the Georgetown Database of Cancer G-DOC, a data integration and knowledge discovery platform similar but not identical to caIntegrator. The NCI instance of caIntegrator data portal remains available until March 31st, 2015 to allow caIntegrator users to get familiar with G-DOC.  caIntegrator data will be available for download after caIntegrator data portal retirement via caIntegrator Directory Wiki page.

If you are interested in attending G-DOC webinar scheduled for March 27, 2015 2 pm ET please  e-mail Mervi Heiskanen to receive call in information.
