Retrospective

What did we do well?

  • Great job on exit criteria
  • Appropriate # of story points for the iteration.
  • Did better job of engaging NCI to determine exit criteria.
  • Improved code and document review process.
  • Team did better job logging hours.
  • Backlog grooming process was better.  

What should we have done better?

  • Make sure that code reviews are done more timely. 
  • Make sure we include backlog grooming during the entire sprint.  
  • Continue to try to increase NCI involvement in SCRUM process. 
  • Evaluate code demo process.  Make sure code functions outside of IDE where appropriate.
