What did we do well?
Completion of major tasks that were not easily estimated.
Able to capture remaining Junit JIRA issues. This provides the scope of issues to be resolved in Phase 4.
What should we have done better?
Need to refine process for completing tasks
Need to run regression tests in all cases within bug fix branch.
Code Review
Need to merge to Lucene branch. (coordinate across team)
Need to run regression tests on Lucene branch after merge.
Remove bug fix branch.
Consider issue resolved.
Need to better direct Deepak regarding processes.
