Retrospective

What did we do well?

  • Limited/no scope changes.  Minimal changes based on resources.
  • Scott completed the Birkie and survived.
  • Logging of time was fairly accurate.  
  • Estimation of hour was fairly accurate.

What should we have done better?

  • lexgrid.org xsd references still an issue. We need to come up with better solution.
  • Should have considered performance to be a larger focus during design/arch/development.  We hadn't recognized that things were so customized.
