What did we do well?

  • We were able to overcome several Remote Method Invocation and serialization issues.
  • Analyze the CTS2 Framework to determine the underlying issue with LexEVS 6.4 implementation.
  • We did a good job of task sharing as developer's time freed up.
  • We did a good job planning velocity while some of us took time off.
