Retrospective

What did we do well?

  • We are getting better at identifying when a story is complete and additional work needs to be put into a new story.
  • We did well at getting help from teammates when difficult issues arose.
  • Team is learning about the inter-dependent artifacts (lexevs-service, remote api).

What should we have done better?

  • We should look at how requesting help from others may impact the overall schedule.
  • When planning for PTO and unplanned time off, we need to determine how that will affect the current sprint.
