Retrospective

What did we do well?

  • Pull request workflow - followed by the team.
  • When problems encountered, the team helped each other.
  • The team has maintained good humor even when things get stressful. 

What should we have done better?

  • Too much churn during pull request acceptance.
  • Pull requests happening late the the sprint.  
  • Need to get better at gathering requirements from NCI.  Alignment process of task priorities and short term goals to be improved.
