Retrospective

What did we do well?

  • Multiple support issues managed well.
  • Code reviews proved valuable in that it allowed Rob and Tracy to provide input.


What should we have done better?

  • Manage input from code reviews better by creating new stories and adding to next sprint.
  • Manage NCI dependencies - getting access and resources.
