  • Managed absences and availability issues.





What should we have done better?

  • We will no longer allow 8+ to be in the Sprint.
    • Completely review anything larger than 5 and break it into more granular stories.
  • Consider limiting/time boxing our support requests.  
  • Address unexpected absences in the sprint expectations.
