The CTRP provides customized reports that enable you to retrieve Data Table 4 accrual information for a Cancer Center, from the CTRP database. The reports include trials led by, or trials in which participants included, any member of the Cancer Center family of organizations. The Data Table 4 report template returns all accruals reported for trials and participating sites with open statuses (as listed in Types of Trials Included in the CTRP Data Table 4 Report), within a time period you specify.

The Data Table 4 Report lists accrual information reported for a single Cancer Center Family, over any time period since 1/1/2009. Although the default date for the end of the period is the current date, you can enter any date range.

How to Run Data Table 4 Reports

2. In the Name column, click CTRP Data Table 4 Report (By Center).

   To run the report for internal use, click CTRP Data Table 4 Report (All Centers).

   The Input Controls dialog box appears.

3. Notice that the system automatically detects your organization affiliation and specifies your Organization Family in the Cancer Center field. (If this field is blank, refer to your site administrator for assistance.)

   From the drop-down list, select a Cancer Center that belongs to the Cancer Center Family for which you want to run a report.

4. Specify a range of time:

   • To establish the first date in a range of dates, in the Enter start date ... field, enter the first date you want to include in the report, in the format YYYY-MM-DD. Or click the calendar icon to select a date. To load a 12 month report, clear the Enter start date ... field.

   • To establish the last date in a range of dates, in the End Date field, enter the last date you want to include in the report.

5. Specify whether the report should include data from a specific trial type or all trial types.
6. (Optional) In the Fiscal Year Period field, specify a fiscal year.
7. (Optional) Click Apply. The system loads a preview of the report. The Input Controls dialog box remains open so that you can change the criteria in the Input Controls dialog box and click Apply again, if necessary.
8. When you are satisfied with the preview of the report, click OK. The system loads the report and closes the Input Controls dialog box.

The accrual details for the Cancer Center Family you selected are displayed on the right side of the report. For information on each column, refer to Data Elements Included in the CTRP Data Table 4 Report.
