Sprint Status | |
Release Roadmap | - Discussion Points:
- Planned Release Roadmap
- Estimated effort:
- Sprint 83 - May 24, 2018 June 6, 2018
- LexEVS will be code complete during this sprint.
- Last planned snapshot (SNAPSHOT.15) will be delivered during this sprint.
- Anticipated delivery of SNAPSHOT.15 by about May 30th.
- Deploy SNAPSHOT.15 to Dev.
- Deploy SNAPSHOT.16 to Dev.
- Sprint 84 - June 7, 2018 - June 20th
- If no issues were found in SNAPSHOT.16 on Dev, we can re-brand SNAPSHOT.16 as a release candidate (RC1) and deploy to QA for testing (on or after June 7).
- We will request an Appscan of RC1 on QA
Decision Points: - SNAPSHOT.16 has been adequately tested on DEV.
- We agreed to re-build and tag as RC1 and have it deployed to QA.

Mapping Namespace Issue | Discussion Points: - This issue has been resolved.
|
Backwards Compatibility (6.5 to 6.5.1 Remote) | Discussion Points: - Scott has tested a 6.5.1 server with a 6.5.0 client.
- There were no unexpected errors. Known issues are fixed by using a new 6.5.1 client.
Decision Points: - Scott will document how this works and where it fails in the JIRA item and add this information to 6.5.1 release wiki in the backwards compatibility section.

CDISC Conference (Rob) | Discussion Points: - https://www.cdisc.org/form/2018-us-interchange-call-abstracts
- Discuss a poster for conference.
- One of the editors (Erin) suggested this being a poster at CDISC in October.
- There is a potential for a CDISC poster as well as a LexEVS Poster. If a poster is presented, a 5-10 page paper would need to follow the paper.
- There is still a need for paper.
- We cannot submit the exact same paper to both CDISC and JAMIA.
- Lyubov suggested that if we had to pick one, that we should focus on a paper for JAMIA.
Decision Points: - Scott will add the link to the DRAFT paper here.
