Value Set Definitions - REST services not working

  • Confirm the server DNS/redirects are working properly.
    • Jacob replied via email and confirmed this was set up correctly.
  • Confirm 6.5.1.1 Data Load has been deployed/used.
    • Tracy/Rob will need to reload with 6.5.1.1 and review to see if this fixes the issue.

    • Others to map to NCIt
  • Tracy discussed the meeting we had on mapping this morning.
    • Lyuba suggested mapping ICD10 CM to NCIt as well as SNOMED to NCIt.

  • Lyuba will find a point of contact to determine how to deal with potential security vulnerabilities.

caDSR LexEVS RMI → REST

Discussion Points:

  • We will need to review the caDSR spreadsheet that lists the methods they use.
  • This would be an alternative to updating the RMI security issues and deploying another jar. 
  • This would alleviate the known security issues we have discovered with LexEVS Remote (Git security issues).

  • Lyuba suggested that we hold off as this is not a high priority.  caDSR has a new tool in the works.
