The Survey Plugin is installed in the NCI Wiki. This provides the survey and vote macros.

To use the survey and vote macros

• Type {sur or {vot
• When the macro browser opens, select the macro you wish to use.
• In the macro panel, type the survey questions or choices for the vote
• In the macro editor, complete the parameters as applicable.

Key point for accessibility: The output of these macros includes images without alt text. Therefore the output is not shown.
