1. Open a supported browser:
   • Chrome
   • Firefox 

2. Navigate to the following portal:

   https://modac.cancer.gov/ 

   The home page appears. 

3. Under Sign up for email updates, enter your email address. 
4. Click Sign up. The response from the system depends on various factors:
   • If the specified email address is not yet associated with a MoDaC user account, the system displays a message inviting you to create an account, as described in Registering Your User Account. 
   • If the specified email address is already associated with a MoDaC user account, the system sends an email notification to that address when MoDaC has new features.
