Process:

  1. Test cases are documented (at a high level and noting any pre-requisities)
  2. Intra-ICDC team tries them out
  3. Lessons learned (and then iterated on 1 and 2 as needed)
  4. Identify testers (includes noting what skills they need to have and what accounts they will need)
  5. Reach out to testers and provide context for why we are doing this and what the output will be (evolve system, provide updated FAQs, etc).
  6. Set up test. Where possible webex so we can hear and see how they use the system.
  7. Lessons Learned.
