Process:
- Test cases are documented (at a high level and noting any pre-requisities)
- Intra-ICDC team tries them out
- Lessons learned (and then iterated on 1 and 2 as needed)
- Identify testers (includes noting what skills they need to have and what accounts they will need)
- Reach out to testers and provide context for why we are doing this and what the output will be (evolve system, provide updated FAQs, etc).
- Set up test. Where possible webex so we can hear and see how they use the system.
- Lessons Learned.
