If your user account has the Group Administrator role, and if one of the following conditions is true, you can permanently delete data and associated metadata, using the web application (GUI):
- If you have write permission on a particular collection, you can delete a file in that collection.
- If you have write permission on an empty collection, you can delete that collection.
To delete a collection that has files in it, send a request to ncidatavault@mail.nih.gov.
