You can track issues you have with the challenge management system.
Users with and without administrative privileges create and track issues differently.
Tracking Issues as a User
Before you log in, the Report Issue tab does not appear on the Competition page.
Log in to access the Report issue tab and log a report.
Click the Report Issue tab to open the Report Issue page. Enter a title and content for your issue and click Submit. The competition organizers receive your issue and the details you entered appear on the Issue status tab.
Tracking Issues as an Administrator
Once you log in, you can see the Report Issue and Issue Status options.
Click Issue Status to see a list of all issues, their details, and their status.
An issue's status can be one of the following status types:
- Open
- Closed
- Verified
- Reopen
- Waiting for User Input
- Support team Working
