This shows the vocabulary versions currently in production and dates of upcoming version updates. Note, the dates presented are approximate. They can be impacted by user request and by system maintenance schedules. Past versions of the NCI Thesaurus are archived and available for download here. The NCI Metathesaurus is available for download to users with UMLS licenses here.
EVS 4.x Retirement Announcement
With the release of LexEVS 5.1, the the version 4.0 and 4.1 EVSAPIs and Grid Services (LexBIG 4.0 and 4.1 services) will be retired on February 1, 2010. The LexEVSAPI 4.2 was deprecated upon the release of LexEVSAPI 5.0 in July 2009. LexEVSAPI 4.2 (LexBIG 4.2) will be retired later this year. This is tentatively set for April 2010. If you cannot meet this date or you need help, contact Application Support (with a hyperlink for App Support email). If you have not done so already we encourage you to begin planning your migration path to use LexEVSAPI 5.0. Developers bootcamp information is posted.
