- Did you start with a fresh template? If not, try that and see if it helps.
- Did you delete entire rows or columns? Is your file missing functionality that exists in the template? If so, start over with a fresh template. You can use your Delete key to clear the contents of one or more individual cells, but do not delete entire rows or columns.
- Did you save your file as CSV before importing? If not, try that and see if it helps.
- A missing Batch User, Batch Name, or Seq ID will cause an exception message.
- Multiple missing required fields may not report the correct row number in the exception message. Inspect the template for empty cells.
