How to report accruals at the Subject Level for Non-Interventional Studies
- Select the study you want to work with by following instructions in Searching for and Selecting Your Trials, and clicking the corresponding NCI Trial Identifier link. The Search Study Subject/List of Study Subjects page appears.
- The default accrual type for Complete Non-Interventional studies is Subject level. However, if no accruals have been reported for this study, the default accrual reporting type can be changed to the Summary or Partial Subject level. Once accrual has been reported, a request will need to be submitted to the CTRO (NCICTRO@mail.nih.gov) to change the accrual reporting type. To report accrual counts at the Summary level, follow the instructions in Submitting Accruals at the Summary Level for Non-Interventional Trials. Otherwise, follow the instructions in Adding Study Subjects.
