The CTRP Trial Verification Date report includes only those trials that meet the following criteria:

| Sponsor | Trials where the sponsor is NCI. |
| ID | Trials that have a CTEP and/or DCP ID. CTEP is an abbreviation of Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program. DCP is an abbreviation of Division of Cancer Prevention. |
| Milestone | Trials where the current milestone is not Late Rejection Date. |
| Lead Organization | Trials where the lead organization is not "NCI - Center for Cancer Research" (CCR). |
| Current Trial Status | Trials where the current trial status is any status other than the following statuses:

| Verification Date | Trials with a verification date older than six months. |
