This section describes how to record, update, and delete the total number of accruals (accrual count) associated with Abbreviated and Other clinical studies, via the web application. For instructions on reporting accrual data for Complete studies, refer to Working with Complete Trial Accruals. Pharmaceutical companies are not users of CTRP, therefore each participating site on an Abbreviated study must enter its own accrual count into CTRP. For Abbreviated studies, the lead organization is usually a pharmaceutical company or non-NCI Designated Cancer Center.
