- Non-cancer working group met to begin discussions about how to bring in existing non-cancer related data for comparison to cancer data - followup meeting scheduled.
- Met with Mark Jensen to begin looking at ideas for how to visualize sequences within ICDC.
- Debbie Knapp has begun exploring ideas for initial paper, including new analysis of existing Glioma data, to introduce ICDC to the academic community - will discuss at Executive Team meeting on Friday.
- Presented poster at Paws-4-a-cure. Connie Sommers, Amy LeBlanc, Warren Kibbe, Debbie Knapp and Jeff Trent all mentioned ICDC and Connie gave an overview of the system.
- SC meeting this month to include demo from SBG.
- System:
- Continuing to work on next release, preparing for migration to Bento. Encountered several challenges with NCI CloudOne which we are working through. This has set back our release date by a few days, however, it does not affect users. The next release will include a "down for maintenance page" so users will be aware of when we are down.
- Data:
- Meeting with COTC007B team today to expand data.
- NCATS data is under embargo as of Tuesday, waiting for 3 publications.
- Continuing to work on UBC02 and OSA01.
- UBC01 is done and ready to go - under embargo until publication.
