ICDC Site update	Todd	Account migration this week 2 day downtime for file migration (28TB of files)
Other	Todd	GDC will not have any ctDNA studies Instead will be focusing in single cell RNAseq and ATAC seq (Assay for Transposable Accessible Chromatin) Can there be notations that ctDNA is available directly from the submitter?
