Minutes (Not Verbatim)

GT- Manuscript has be accepted

PM- Was accession_id included in the manuscript submission?

GT- No, only a link to ICDC at this point.

PM- Not sure of next steps for candidate publications, the larger group should discuss and prioritize.

EK- Table the new data submission discussion for now until we have Warren on the call.

PM- Additional studies are coming from glioma study

GT- Putting together the proteomic manuscript, as soon as it's out the door I will get the data ready for submission.

PM- Blood samples are already created so we could attach the files to that node

GT- The data is a master matrix file. Each entry is a protein abundance value. We could break the file down by sample if that is best. Should be coming in the next month or two.

EK- Is it mass-spec data? Asking in context of the PDC (part of the CRDC)

GT- It is mass-spec data.
