Minutes (Not Verbatim)

Voting on TP53 Osteosarcoma study from Colorado State: Warren approves, Will approves, Greg approves

Phil- Jim has pulled data loading templates from the ICDC web application. Waiting to meet with UC Davis to finish data onboarding to show them what we have done with the study and contrast it with the 2 Purdue studies to give them an idea of the type of data expected. We also will need high-level sign off from the PRECINCT program for the program record represented on ICDC. There is another group part of PRECINCT that will be providing a data submission request soon.

Phil- Bulk of TCL01 study will be on the QA tier by this afternoon.

Phil- Working on approach for PANCAN01 study, there are 10-12 different studies involving ~500 dogs. Shaying's group will leverage the data loading templates and the Data Model Navigator to provide us populated data loading templates with a bit of hand-holding from myself.
