- Completion of the work around model-derived data loading templates, now inclusive only of relevant mapping columns. The timing of this couldn't really have been any better, because we're about to start working with the PRECINCT program, and the data loading templates combined with the node-specific PDF downloads will enable our PRECINCT POC to provide us with transformed, loader-compliant data files instead of relatively raw data that we have to transform Musk, Philip (NIH/NCI) [C]
- Really liking the design for the model explorer's PDF outputs being rendered in landscape orientation, such that long and ever-growing lists of acceptable values can be displayed to best effect Musk, Philip (NIH/NCI) [C]
- Finally getting the problem-riddled transfer of the OSA01 files straightened out, albeit with a lot of extra work on our side that could have been avoided with a little extra diligence on the submitter side. The OSA01 study is now ready for its pre-QA preview with the data owners, and can be formally tested once that's done Musk, Philip (NIH/NCI) [C]
- Liked Data model improvements & JBrowse functionality
- Increase in communication about ICDC's reach to the community via upcoming ICDC news and spotlights pages. This will help to engage site visitors and show broader picture of ICDC's involvement in Comparative Oncology Stogsdill, Hannah (NIH/NCI) [C].

- Learned the hard way that it's entirely possible for the model.yml file to specify properties for which the model-props.yml includes no property definitions, and vice versa, without the existing validations of the model definition syntax even throwing a warning, let alone failing one or both of the files. These misalignments suddenly become glaringly obvious within the model explorer. Will be working with Jensen, Mark (NIH/NCI) [C] to get the appropriate checks in place Musk, Philip (NIH/NCI) [C]
