What did we do well?
- Quickly responded to Kim's issue regarding extra spaces in the description for anonymous nodes.
- Quick turn around on code install/upload/test.
What should we have done better?
- Never put untested fixes in a FINAL tag.
- All fixes should have a code review with NCI.
- Code reviews need to happen earlier in the sprint to involve the NCI staff.
- Validate any assertions made when gathering requirements.
- Capture the model mapping and get sign off from NCI.
- Need to get better and immediate feedback from NCI (i.e. Tracy loading content with OWL 2 loader and Kim testing loader fix)
