What did we do well?

  • Responded to QA in a timely manner.

 

What should we have done better?

  • Release notes were not cleaned up well enough the first time around.
  • RC2 - We should have created a new RC tag for all services.
  • JIRA management - need to come up with a process for when to use tasks, stories, bugs, features, etc.
