What did we do well?
- Exceeded our average velocity.
- Good technical discussions regarding mirco services and qualifiers and column size.
- Capturing topics up front for F2F meeting.
What should we have done better?
- Could have done better risk assessment on the metathesaurus load.
- We need to determine if we need to test on real terminology load and test scalability.
- Underestimated differences in adding the metadata load to all of the loaders.
- Get information up front so we know how to proceed.
