Clean up GUI - functionality should match documentation and presentation

  • Please provide examples and/or a list of items to fix?
  1. The Metathesaurus and UMLS loaders in the gui request the paths of a manifest and preferences file, but these are not used during the load.
  2. The OBO loader in gui requests the path of a preference file but this is not used during the load.
