Scott:  JIRA LEXEVS-633, URIRESOLV-1

• Deployment on Dev
  • LexEVS API deployed completely.
  • Landing page has been updated on Dev.   Please provide feedback ASAP as we need to finalize code no later than Monday, Sept 8.  Need to make sure it is 508 compliant (bootstrap indicates we are 508 compliant).  Tin can run the 508 tool to confirm it conforms.   If not, we can disable the page.  This page should cause less security issues.  http://ncias-d1224.nci.nih.gov:8080/lexevsapi62/
  • All Junits are passing on LexEVS API.
  • Next to deploy URI Resolver and CTS2
  • Security restrictions caused some issues on resolutions of XML schemas (external Spring, Informatics schemas were added to the exceptions)
  • Performance on Dev - LexEVS API
    
    • Performance out-performed what we saw at Mayo. 
    • Running with 10GB of memory; max clause count extended to 800k
    • Much improved performance.  Max 7 seconds on common index search.
    • Scott produced/sent out spreadsheets for review. 
    • REALLY fast.
    • Anticipated performance on all tiers.

Cory:  Working JIRA 599, 639

• 599 - Landing page for CTS2 Framework.

  • Identified a redirect change and that will be done soon.

• Value Set Client - prep for NCI Demo/presentation.

Craig: Project Plan Updates, Contract updates.

• Updated with dev deployment tasks. 
• Updated to Sept 22 deployment week.
• Arrangements being made for Scott to travel the week of Sept 22.
• Contract is still being negotiated.  Kumar to contract Craig tomorrow. 

Issues focused on not being able to resolved external XSDs.   Scott requested security exceptions to allow access.  

• Not sure if there are other issues, but no known roadblocks.  

• QA plans in place
• Need to determine plan - provide to Jason and NCI team.  (appscans waivers, etc).

Out of scope for 6.2 - need to have group review the JIRA item and provide feedback. 

Need to understand if can be externally exposed - or should be.  When time, Scott will review what TLAMP and UMLS services use for a resolver.  

Would like to show how to query the URI directly.   (code in Clojure)

Sept 17 - Stage tier

Goal to be on stage by Sept 26 (before Scott returns from DC).

Artistic testing, junits can be run and user acceptance testing (starts on Dev) to be done on Stage.  

There may be differences when going from QA to Stage (network policy)

Code freeze date on Sept 8 - Cory and Scott will check in code and create candidate.
