Progress

Loader Evaluation statusMedDRA.   Joanne has had an early look and will review the latest load.  Will review before the end of the week
6.1 QA and Deployment (Scott)Security fix complete -- deployment followup required.  URI_Resolver verification (Scott)
JIRA #492 (Scott)XML Exporter.   This is working to satisfaction at this point.
Release artifacts (Gilberto)Scott has access.  Ready to create deployment options page. (Scott) Will make this a priority  for the time being as stage deployment is upcoming
Thesaurus load time  (Tracy)Scott to report on optimization on bmidev4 MySQL.  The Mayo MySQL is configured with a very large pooling buffer for innodb tables (10g)
Face to Face plans (Craig if available)In the next couple of months.  Still waiting on a response from one of the principles.  Larry talked to Warren.  Some progress on resources going forward.  Face to face to be scheduled as soon as possible.  Perhaps at or around AMIA.
CTS2 reference implementation (Craig)

Boot camp, hackathon or tutorial for LexEVS CTS2 possible.

Prioritize and/or add to list: Auto-complete for searches, vocabulary tree widget, select a concept from a graph and display neighbors, display element list, entity search. Map sources using things like the Metathesaurus.   The tree widget in the browser is problematic.  We may need to discuss solutions.

Link to Craig's notes:  https://www.evernote.com/shard/s89/sh/8bc9d57f-b24c-4d31-a835-deca52fd84e3/8a1c8aa911f9bee041fb7918d8b5d522

Tracy to capture Map functions.   Craig to develop a list of widgets to prioritize.

CTS2 REST functionality documentation (Craig)Github API documentation is possible as a kind of documentation example to CTS2. Did not discuss further

Request from Norval to provide Application URL's for

 Resolver and CTS2 service (Scott)

Scott will make up appropriate URL's respond to Norval.
Discuss the initialization issues with the value set coding schemes on the term browser (Kim/Rob)Convenience method would help here.  See JIRA item.  Prioritize as necessary – not currently at the top.
May want to wait to make 6.1 the default while some customers to potentially do testing. Mayo to provide support.  NCI to look more carefully on stage before exposing on production.  Scott to double check around any inter-dependencies with LexEVS 6.1
