Security Requirements for the REST interface Questionnaire (Note from JJ)

We need to be prepared to answer the questions that were sent out, and need to meet with the ARB

OWL2 Loader

  • Coding mostly done
  • Wiki documentation ongoing
  • Load has been tested with Gilberto’s test file
  • Trying to minimize anonymous concepts

Follow up from ARC meeting
  • SCM team (probably Stephen Reilly) will discuss Maven requirements and possibly demo existing AnthillPro projects using it.
  • Mayo wondering next-steps for Maven build/deploy actions

Search: Status of customizations to tokenization, result ranking, etc.

  • Mouse melanoma as an example

  • Anonymous classes should be able to be excluded via a flag in the Search.

Metathesaurus 5.1 load fail: CODE too long (problem with loader & temp tables? Kevin on this email thread)

5.1 and 6.0 loads failed. 5.1 with a column data size issue and 6.0 with what appears to be a network connectivity/MySQL error

Initial public face(s) of CTS2 REST, esp. value sets  How do we promote/advertise CTS2 REST services? How do we arrange and catalog them?
Java 1.7     NCI has guidance to move to Java 1.7
