Scott: DEV Deployment, Kim's Issue, lbGUI

• Final release candidate available on Dev.
• Typo on the landing page for distributed - Scott will fix.
• Junits run on the release.  
• Okay to move data to QA.
• URI resolver and CTS2 services need to be deployed on DEV before we can validate the entire deployment.
• lbGUI - had to be updated to remove editing capabilities (using removed CTS2 APIs)
• OSX support for lbGUI also fixed (running from eclipse environment)

Cory:  Completed JIRA 599, 639, tagging CTS2 Framework, Project Closure

• Completed 599 (landing page) - via optional configuration file.
• Completed 639 - removed code and junits.
• Completing project deliverables - pulling documents together on wiki, and cleaning up JIRA items.

Craig: Project Plan Updates, Contract updates, Project Closure

• Plan updated thru end of contract.
• Need to start pulling plan together for Oct-Sept.
• Operational Readiness Review will not require a meeting. Send out link to documentation when ready.
  
  

Discuss Gantt Chart

• Suggests a roadmap for completing the deployment week.
• Will share with Leon and Jacob.
• DNS addresses need to be activated - Scott will add to the plan. (Jacob will do this fairly quickly)
• Jason to add additional tasks as needed.
• Phil to take care of Anthill tracks for URI Resolver and CTS2 Services - to happen today.

Follow up

• NLM is focused on RDF.
• Open question from Ivor - what effort had been regarding CTS2, and how will it be promoted - and what is the current uptake? Does it make sense for NLM to create CTS2 services.
• No immediate plans for additional meetings, but possibility during AMIA.

• Tree extension isn't distributed enabled.
• Currently, extensions aren't deployed as part of the release.
• May be needed for browser scope, but could be worked around so it wouldn't be needed to work remotely. 
• Would like to have a jar to support this after the 6.2 deployment. 
• JIRA item to be created to enable remote for tree extension. (Kim)
• This JIRA item will be considered after our 6.2 deployment. Scott will not work on this until that time.
• VS Definition buffer string issue is broken too. (50 character max name length)

  • This doesn't break anything for Kim's work right now.
    • Scott needs to talk to Kevin about the coding scheme name being unique.
    ◦ Kim to send email to Scott describing the details of this issue
    ◦ Need to determine if the Coding scheme name and version are unique?

• New version of UMLS for SNOMED CT_US - and has been renamed. The transitivity table is empty after load. Attempted a reload of the transitivity table - the table is loaded, but can't view hierarchy.
• Rob to send Scott file locations.
• Loader hasn't been changed, so suspect something in the data might be causing this behavior.
