Immediate Priorities and Problems (Mayo Team)

Scott: DEV Deployment, SNOMED load, Kim's Issue

  • Deployment focus is on getting infrastructure set up.
  • Scott's time next week will be spent problem solving. 
  • Going to leave CTS2 landing page out of the properties file (so there are no firewall exceptions)
  • Need to complete QA Entrance criteria before moving to QA.    Open question - is there a review required?
    • SOP link provided in the past by JJ.  
    • Scott does not have to complete/follow up with anything at this time regarding the QA Entrance checklist.
  • Release candidate to be provided to QA by Thursday.  (most likely the current candidate)
  • SNOMED Loader concerns
    • MySQL settings have been discussed as NCI is running on 5.1or 5.2 MySQL - Mayo is running on 5.5.
    • There could be waits on the inserts.
    • Query cache sizes are different - smaller may be better.  
    • Scott's run had the indexes complete first and then the transitivity table. 
    • Suggestion - have NCI run again to determine if it will complete.   (Innodb monitor might help)
    • Currently loading with 6.1 loader.   
  • Tree issue
    • Scott wrote create custom version of automobiles for JUnits.
    • JUnits were able to recreate the problem.
    • Scott configuring the ability to do debugging on the server.   
    • Maybe need to request opening a firewall port to allow debugging.
    • Scott to write a note to Jacob to request a firewall port.

  • Completing the project closure final documentation on wiki.
    • Will send out Project Summary and Operational Readiness Review docs for review when ready.
