Scott: SNOMED Transitivity table, Tree update, external users

• Issue identified with Transitivity load.
• Starting on tree update.
• External users
  • Eric Franke (German) - email.
  • Other users via forums.
  • Tracy sent note (Guide) about how to load a vocabulary and test.
  • LeEVS Remote - deployment on local systems.
  • Tracy could post these guides once verified.
  • Consider possibility of providing a VM.

Cory: AMIA poster

• • Poster printed and ready for AMIA.
  • Started to work on CTS2 issue - value set 50 char length.
  • LeEVS remote install. Scott to send issue that Tracy had emailed.

Craig: Project Plan, Poster

• • Sent out latest project plan
  • Still deciding how to do a 6.3 and 7.0 plan.
  • • Hold off on 7.0 until F2F at AMIA
    • Unlikely to get everyone (NCI team) together for a “miracle” week.
    • Probably want a 6.3 release before a 7.0 for certain issues that can’t wait.  - Larry

Scott was able to determine what was wrong - code was expecting code system to be tagged with PRODUCTION. Scott has created a fix and is creating tests.

Wasn't obvious unless a user were to find a mismatch in associations and what was in transitive tables.

Effects all RRF loads.

Suggested to reload any RRF loads that may be affected by this issue.

Scott has also added additional logging - to identify what isn't being loaded/what is broke.

Scott is going to do a test load today and then will push out new loader to Tracy.

• Pagination is part of CTS2 spec.
• Possible to get back all results - specify a very large number.
• Currently no governor in place on the backend to prevent large result requests.
• The bulk download is available (an extension) - deals with set - not graph.
• Minimally, the default return of 25 might be unreasonably low.
• Consider CTS2 API Documentation - like what we have available for TLAMP (http://api.tlamp.org/cts2)
