Tree Update/ NPO fileCurrently loads namespaces with references to their own coding schemes.  When these aren't found in the system, then it returns a null and any further traversal ends.   This is working as designed in LexEVS and we recommend loading a manifest that points the namespaces to the enclosing coding scheme.  This will allow traversal to continue within the enclosing coding scheme.
