Discussion Points:

• LexEVS
  • Systems team has DEV system configured to run Docker containers.
    • LexES team has a Docker Compose script to create the LexEVS containers.
    • Team to discuss details with Jacob and the systems team.
  • CTS2 on-line documentation is running on NCI Prod system.  This was set up this week.
    • A ticket has been submitted for the URL to be accessed outside the firewall.
    • What to do with existing documentation on Heroku.
  • CTS2 Startup issue - error indicating a file cannot be found

Decision Points:

• NCI would like us to investigate how to change CTS2 WSDL issue.
  • Possibly remove unused WSDLs
  • Possibly host on Git.
• CTS2 on-line documentation - remove documentation on Heroku site once NCI URL is available outside the firewall.
  

Sprint Status

Discussion Points:

•  Resolved value sets were discussed.
• Simple search will work for value sets (as a coding scheme).  There is also a specific API for search value sets.
• Overview of changes with Asserted value set implementation:

• CTS2 Resolved value set API will need to be updated to make CTS2 to behave as it did before.

• Jason asked about a timeline for completion so the browser can test.
  • We still need to complete remote API
  • Search over all value sets (not just NCIt value sets)
  • We should be able to wrap up our work in mid March.

• Margaret suggested that this resolved value set work should be completed before the CTS2 WSDL fix (as there is a temporary fix in place).
