  • Cory submitted a ticket for the Systems team to work on.
    
• Apache-ant download on LexEVS Jenkins is failing.

  • Requirements
    
    • A system that is exactly parallel to the target environments (PROD)
    • Server to validate and confirm LexEVS on NCI hardware.
    • Lucene indexes and DB should be on local system for performance.
• Google Search Ranking
  • Web crawlers ranked stage server higher than prod.
  • This placed the stage server higher in the list when searched. 
    
  • This, in turn, encouraged users go to the stage site and not the prod site.
  • Chuck will follow up with some options for preventing crawlers on stage

• Working with QA - setting up on-site visit 6/24- 6/28.
• 2019.6 LexEVS 16x237 QA Face-To-Face
• Based on the meeting earlier today, we agreed that Scott and Cory would start on the test plans and test implementation prior to our F2F meeting.
• Tin, Yang, Swathi and Scott will be meeting during the F2F meeting to create the test plans and tests.

Decision Points:

• Swathi will set up the rooms/meeting areas for the F2F, if there are any available in the John's Hopkins building.
  
  • Jason will check the NIH building for available rooms.
    
• Scott to update the F2F schedule on the wiki if there are special requirements for overhead projectors or conference calls.
