    • Dev team to investigate/debug the MetaDataIndex and see if we update/remove old Metadata.  We may be able to leverage Lucene capabilities to get this done.
      • There is an overwrite parameter, but it doesn't always work correctly.  Fixing this issue would satisfy the NCI team.
    • We will need to review this issue with Kim.

    • Dev team to update the error to be more user friendly.
